• Displays aggregated information in a unified interface for streamers
• Provides OBS overlay integration for live streaming

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of BillognaBot, you agree to:

• Use the application in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the application for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the application's functionality

4. API Usage and Limitations

BillognaBot uses the TikTok Developer API with the user.info.basic scope to fetch user profile information. This information is used solely for real-time display purposes and is not stored, cached, or shared with third parties.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

• TikTok Live Stream Data: Real-time chat messages, gifts, and viewer interactions from TikTok Live streams that you connect to
• User Profile Information: When enabled, we query the TikTok Developer API to fetch basic user profile information (display names, avatar URLs) using the user.info.basic scope

2. How We Use Information

All information collected by BillognaBot is used solely for real-time display purposes:

• To display chat messages with accurate usernames and profile pictures in the streamer's interface
• To show gift information and viewer interactions in real-time
• To provide OBS overlay functionality for live streaming

We do not store, cache, or persist any user data beyond the immediate real-time display.

3. Data Storage and Retention

No Data Storage: BillognaBot does not store, save, or cache any user data. All information is processed in real-time and displayed immediately, then discarded. We do not maintain databases, logs, or any persistent storage of user information.

4. Data Sharing

No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to third parties. All information collected is used exclusively for the real-time display functionality of the application.

5. TikTok API Usage

BillognaBot uses the TikTok Developer API with the user.info.basic scope. This scope allows us to:

• Fetch basic user profile information (display names, avatar URLs)
• Enhance the chat display with accurate profile information

All API requests are made in real-time and the data is used only for immediate display. We comply with TikTok's API Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

6. Third-Party Services

BillognaBot integrates with:

• TikTok Live: To receive real-time stream events
• TikTok Developer API: To fetch user profile information (optional)

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
